Leadership - We work with the C-suite and with boards and physician organizations of our clients to help the leadership of each health system or hospital develop governance models and structures that are tailored to their specific culture and objectives. These leadership models are often dyads including both an administrative CEO and a physician executive leader, insuring that the clinical perspective is well represented. PELC, which provides physician executive search; MEDI, which provides leadership development and executive coaching; and Navvis Consulting's Governance and Organizational Design functions all are housed within Leadership.

Performance - We work with our clients to help implement, evaluate, modify and measure the ultimate outcomes that our assessment and strategy derives. A New Era

The announcement of Navvis and Company joining Healthways as a wholly owned subsidiary has moved the company to a new era and a new value proposition for our clients. We expect this new relationship with Healthways to greatly enhance Navvis’ ability to partner with health systems to impact the health and well-being of the populations they serve, which is not only core to their mission, but also critical to their success in the era of healthcare reform and increased accountability within the industry.
